Refund and Cancellation Policy

Event purchases

Gathering, Celebration, Keepsake and paid event upgrades are eligible for a full refund within 14 days when the event has not exceeded the Free-plan limits. Contact help@givendearly.com with the account email and event name.

Subscriptions

You may cancel Plus, Family or Professional at any time through billing management. Cancellation stops future renewals and remains effective at the end of the current billing period. A renewal charge is eligible for review when requested within seven days. Partial-period refunds are otherwise not guaranteed unless required by law.

Included Plus periods

The included Plus period begins on the event date and lasts three months for Gathering or six months for Celebration and Keepsake. Cancel before the displayed first-charge date to avoid the $4.99 monthly Plus charge. We send a reminder before the included period converts to paid service.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation does not erase purchased events. When active updates end, existing event and gift-story pages remain available as read-only private archives. Uploading, editing and new notifications pause until eligible access resumes.
